All listing fees are payable before a listing becomes active.

Change of Mind

Listing fees are non-refundable if you change your mind after purchasing.

Incorrect Information

It is the seller's responsibility to ensure all information supplied is accurate before the listing is published.

Auto Collectiv is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by sellers.

Duplicate Listings

If duplicate listings are created accidentally due to a system error, please contact us and we will investigate.

Technical Issues

Where a listing cannot be published due to an issue caused by Auto Collectiv, we may offer:

• A replacement listing

• An extension to the listing period

• A refund where appropriate
