Auto Collectiv is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers.
We do not own, inspect, broker or sell any vehicles listed on the platform.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
Before purchasing any vehicle, buyers should:

Obtain a PPSR report.

Confirm finance has been cleared.

Verify the VIN.

Arrange an independent mechanical inspection where appropriate.
3. Payments
Auto Collectiv does not receive, process or hold payments for vehicle sales.
All payment arrangements are made directly between buyer and seller.
4. Pricing
Vehicle prices are determined entirely by the seller.
Auto Collectiv does not negotiate or guarantee vehicle prices.
5. Vehicle Condition
We make no warranty regarding:

Vehicle condition.

Mechanical fitness.

Roadworthiness.
-
Authenticity.
-
Ownership.
-
History.
-
Modifications.
6. Disputes
Any disputes relating to a vehicle sale remain solely between buyer and seller.
Auto Collectiv is not responsible for resolving disputes or recovering funds.
7. Fraud
Buyers should exercise caution and report suspicious activity immediately.
Always inspect a vehicle before payment and never send money without appropriate verification.
